User Responsibilities:

b. Worklode.co does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the assignments.
c. Users must not share their account credentials or request the same assignment multiple times, as it will be considered a violation of these terms.
Assignment Requests:
a. Users are required to upload the courses they are currently enrolled in for the semester to be eligible for assignment requests.
b. Users can only request assignments that are due at least three days from the time of the request. Assignment requests with due dates less than three days from the time of order placement will not be accepted.
c. The number of assignments that can be requested is unlimited, subject to the availability of suitable assignments based on the enrolled courses.
Intellectual Property:
a. Users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the assignments they upload to Worklode.co.
b. Users grant Worklode.co a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display the assignments for the purpose of providing the services.
Limitation of Liability:
a. Worklode.co shall not be held liable for any failures, errors, or inaccuracies in the assignments provided.
b. Users acknowledge that their success in their courses depends on their own effort, and Worklode.co cannot guarantee academic achievements.
Termination:
a. Users have the right to cancel their subscription only after the initial 3-month period, subject to a 30-day notice period.
b. Worklode.co reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms and conditions or any illegal or inappropriate activities.
Modifications to Terms:
a. Worklode.co reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
